Nathan Lee has over 8 years experience in system architect planning, project management, app development. He is also experienced in developing e-commerce, communications, and kid safety platforms with focus on Objective C, Swift, Java, PHP, node.js, python, meteor, LiveScript, Mongo DB and SQL Database.
Nathan Lee graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a Bachelor degree in Internet and Multimedia Technologies.
Alan Lui
CFO
Mr. Alan Lui was appointed Chief Financial Officer on 1 November 2016. He oversaw the Group’s financial and management reporting focusing on financing operations and treasury investment. He managed all financial forecasts and planning; and he evaluated new investment opportunities in ad-hoc basis. Mr. Lui was also responsible to develop and recommend overall financial strategy for the Group so as to capture maximum value for its stakeholders. He also took charge of assessing the operating effectiveness and internal control of the Group.
Mr. Lui began his career in a well-known department store as an accountant for three years. Prior to joining SeD, He worked with ZH International Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong listed company, as Financial Controller for the period from 1997 to 2016.

Chief Product Marketing Officer
Dave has 18 years of international experience in the network marketing industry, spanning multiple markets throughout the world. He possesses the ability to think “glocally”—localizing a global strategy to achieve a cohesive balance. He has played an integral role in launching markets and products resulting in millions of sales annually. He thrives on strategy creation and then transforming goals and objectives into execution plans. Additionally, Dave has a passion for helping others reach their full potential through personal transformation—seeing others succeed in all aspects of life. Dave pursued and received his MBA with honors from Thunderbird—#1 school in global management. Dave has a love for Asia and is conversant in Mandarin Chinese. He resides in Salt Lake City, Utah with his wife four adorable children.
